End-to-End Policy and Claims Management

ABIC collaborated with the client to modernize both policy administration and claims management. We deployed a centralized, cloud-based platform that automated document intake, customer data collection, and claims adjudication.
Existing workflows were mapped, optimized, and restructured to support faster processing. Auto-escalation protocols were introduced to flag pending claims approaching SLA thresholds. Real-time dashboards enabled management to monitor renewals, claims cycles, and operational performance.
In addition, ABIC redesigned customer service protocols and provided training to client-facing teams on the use of digital tools and communication best practices. Compliance tracking features were integrated to ensure adherence to industry regulations and audit readiness.
Policy renewal rates increased to 91%, while claims resolution time improved by 35%. The volume of customer complaints dropped significantly, and internal processing errors were virtually eliminated.
By modernizing its operations, the insurance provider gained the scalability, speed, and transparency required to serve more customers while maintaining a high standard of service.
